salade aux légumes marinés – salad with marinated vegetables

On achète

2 pots de coeurs d’artichauts

1 boîte de coeurs de palmiers

1 boîte de haricots rouges

1 tasse de tomates cerises

2 tasses de Cheddar

On a

huile

vinaigre

On fait

Mélanger 2 c. à soupe d’huile et 1 c. à soupe de vinaigre dans un bol à salade.

Couper les tomates cerises, les coeurs de palmiers et les coeurs d’artichauts.

Mélanger tous les ingrédients, poivrer et saler au goût.

2 cans artichoke hearts

1 can  palm hearts

1 can kidney beans

1 cup cherry tomatoes

2 cups Cheddar

we have

oil

vinegar

we cook!

Mix oil and vinegar in a salad bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm and artichoke hearts.

Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper.
